Refund policy

TJT Sports LLC (“TJT Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) aims to provide a fair and transparent purchasing experience. Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, all sales are final except where specifically allowed below.


1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Eligible Returns

Only new, unopened, and sealed products are eligible for return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original, untampered packaging.

  • The customer must provide the order number and photographs of the item’s condition before approval for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Live Break spots, group breaks, or personal breaks

  • Opened or unsealed products

  • Trading card singles

  • Mystery packs/repacks

  • Digital items or gift cards

  • Preorders once the product has been allocated

  • Products showing any sign of tampering, resealing, or packaging alteration


2. LIVE BREAKS – NO REFUNDS

By purchasing a break, you agree that:

  • All break sales are final.

  • Breaks cannot be refunded once they have started, regardless of results.

  • Break allocations (team, division, randomization results) are final.

  • TJT Sports is not responsible for hit value, box odds, or market fluctuations.

Only sealed products that arrive physically damaged before being opened on stream may be eligible for replacement or a partial refund.


3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Sealed Product

Manufacturing imperfections—including minor box dents, loose wrap, soft corners, or cosmetic wear—are normal and not considered damage.

Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of product packaging

  • Photos of the label and damage

Singles

Singles are sold as-is based on the provided images.
We do not guarantee any third-party grading outcome (PSA/BGS/CGC/etc).


4. PREORDERS

Placing a preorder signifies acceptance of:

  • Estimated release dates that may change due to manufacturer delays

  • Inventory allocation changes which may reduce available stock

  • TJT Sports may cancel and fully refund a preorder without liability if allocations or supply decrease

Preorders may not be canceled by the customer unless expressly approved.


5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY ISSUES

Items Marked as Delivered

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.

TJT Sports is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivery due to customer-provided addresses

  • Packages left in mailboxes, porches, or common areas

  • Carrier delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate addresses.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


6. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, email:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Reason for return

Do not ship any item back without receiving written approval. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.


7. SHIPPING RETURNS

Upon approval, ship your return to:

Return shipping costs:

  • Is it the responsibility of the customer

  • Are non-refundable

  • May be deducted from the refund if we provide a prepaid label

We strongly recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method

  • Purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75
    We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


8. REFUNDS

Refund Approval

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is:

  • Received

  • Inspected

  • Verified unopened and untampered

  • Confirmed in original condition

We may issue partial refunds or deny refunds entirely if:

  • The product is not returned in its original condition

  • The packaging shows signs of opening, tampering, or resealing

  • Parts or accessories are missing

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.

If You Have Not Received a Refund

  • Recheck your bank or credit account

  • Contact your financial institution

  • If issues persist, email support@tjtsports.com


9. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Submitting a chargeback after receiving your order is considered a form of fraud.

TJT Sports reserves the right to:

  • Provide the carrier’s delivery confirmation, IP logs, and order records to dispute claims

  • Ban customers who file fraudulent chargebacks

  • Pursue recovery of losses, fees, and legal costs
