Preorders

Preorder ship dates are estimates provided by manufacturers. Delays do not qualify for refunds unless permitted under our Refund Policy.

Trading Cards & Collectibles Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The resale value, grade, or future condition of any collectible cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

  • Market fluctuations do not entitle you to a refund.

  • All sales of collectible trading cards are final, except where required by law or stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

Live Breaks (Group or Personal)

By purchasing a break, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Break results are random unless explicitly stated.

  • You will receive only the cards allocated to your purchased spot(s).

  • Breaks, once started, cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Pack or box odds do not guarantee any particular card, hit, autograph, or pull.

SECTION 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer or household.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing details and to promptly update your information.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Any third-party tools provided are offered “as is.” We are not liable for your use of these tools.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites. Use them at your own risk.
